Andrew Nordemann
Principal
With a hands-on approach in design, pre-construction, and budgeting, Andrew ensures smooth and successful execution of all NDY projects. His commitment to excellence is supported by a strong background in business administration, construction techniques, and financial management.
Starting as a Red Seal Carpenter, Andrew honed his skills in envelope detailing and structure framing within the custom home sector. Over the past 13 years, he has become a leader with expertise in commercial developments, multi-family residential projects, commercial tenant improvements, and development management. As a Certified Passive House Tradesperson with credentials in Project Management and Urban Land Economics, Andrew offers a well-rounded perspective on every project. His experience as a commercial and residential landlord adds further industry insight.
Andrew is passionate about fit-for-purpose projects, balancing quality and design with careful consideration of budget, schedule, and lifecycle. His approach ensures NDY’s projects provide lasting value, making him a trusted leader in the construction industry.
Rodney Wilson,
Pre-construction and Development Manager
Rodney, a founding partner, is an effective leader and industry professional with over 30 years experience in construction and business development. Known for his client and business management skills, Rodney ensures our clients are well-informed and have a successful project delivered.
Rodney’s experience spans multiple industries in multiple countries, including Commercial retail tenant improvements, high-end custom homes in Whistler, Multi-family residential, Oil & Gas Industrial and Marine Fabrication. Rodney also holds a Red Seal as a Journeyman Electrician.
Rodney is dedicated to ‘getting things done’ and loves the challenge of complex projects.
Ryan Roche
Principal
Ryan is the driving force behind NDY’s on-site operations, leading construction management for commercial projects, multi-family developments, and government-funded housing initiatives with BC Housing and CMHC. He ensures seamless project execution through expert stakeholder coordination, site logistics, and risk mitigation, delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality results.
Starting his career in Australia, Ryan quickly rose to become one of the youngest superintendents in the industry, specializing in large-scale institutional and infrastructure projects. His experience spans award-winning developments, complex community facilities, and high-security infrastructure, giving him a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, construction sequencing, and quality control.
Passionate about building strong teams and delivering high-quality developments, Ryan is dedicated to fostering growth within NDY, mentoring staff, and strengthening the local communities we build in. Known for his attention to detail and pursuit of excellence, he is a trusted leader in the construction industry.
Pawel Zadrozny
Junior Project Manager
Pawel, our Junior Project Manager, is dedicated to managing every phase of complex projects, from initial client engagement to final delivery. Known for his effective communication and hardworking nature, he ensures smooth project execution and high-quality results.
His background in project-leading 3D modelling and detailing, allows him to address constructability issues and enhance project efficiency. Pawel has a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, a Master’s in Automotive Engineering, and additional education in Project Management.
Passionate about building strong client and contractor relationships, Pawel enjoys the continuous learning and problem-solving opportunities presented by diverse and evolving projects.
Rowan Bispham
Carpenter
Rowan, our skilled Carpenter, is committed to delivering high-quality craftsmanship on every project. With a focus on clear communication, he ensures that clients and subcontractors stay informed and engaged, from initial planning to final installation.
With a strong carpentry background in bench joinery, commercial renovations and staircase construction, Rowan brings precision and expertise to every task. Having completed his Level 3 Carpentry Diploma and apprenticeship in Bench Joinery, Rowan enjoys working on fine, detailed construction projects.
Rowan is passionate about learning and finds every stage of a project—from groundwork to finishing touches—an opportunity to expand his knowledge and skills. His enthusiasm and dedication to continuous growth ensure that NDY's projects are delivered with excellence and efficiency.
Dorien van Tol
Marketing and Communications Manager
Dorien is passionate about capturing the transformation of spaces. In addition to managing our marketing and communication channels, you’ll find her on-site, documenting NDY’s work at various stages of the building process.
Her marketing career began in the Tech industry after earning an International Media & Communication degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Dorien refined her social media marketing and copywriting skills in various industries, before advancing her education in Videography and Visual Art in Canada.
