Airhouse Facilities.

NDY Contracting Ltd. is proud to have partnered with Airhouse on a series of three design/build commercial tenant improvements, ranging from $500k to $750k, across 10,000 Sq.Ft. of unique, high-energy spaces. The facilities, completed in a three-year span, in Squamish, Nanaimo and Kelowna, are custom-built to cater to the specific needs of action sports athletes and gymnasts.

Scope of work included front-of-house areas such as reception, event rooms, locker/change rooms, bathrooms, cafés, offices, and integrated security/POS systems. Additionally, NDY designed and fabricated custom-built trade fixtures specifically tailored to Airhouse’s special-purpose use, from trampoline frames and skateboard ramps to gymnastics equipment and golf simulators. Every element was designed and procured to meet Airhouse’s high-performance standards, creating an environment where function meets innovation.

Working closely with Airhouse’s Design Teams, NDY, as the General Contractor, provided full-service construction management and project management, overseeing everything from fabrication to final fit-out. The result is a series of innovative spaces optimized for Airhouse’s unique operational needs, perfectly blending functionality and creativity to support athletes' progression.
