Den Duyf Park Amenity Building
Currently under construction, Den Duyf Park will be a multi-use recreation area serving the communities of Pemberton, Squamish-Lillooet Regional District (SLRD) Area C and Lil'wat Nation.
Work Design Studio Inc, Squamish
Work Design Studio creates thoughtful spaces specifically for users + their community. It was important to them that this space reflected the ethos of our company, as well as their local community.
PearlSpace.
In 2021, NDY Contracting Ltd. partnered with PearlSpace to complete a full renovation and addition of their 3,945 Sq.Ft. building in Squamish. This renovation transformed aging residential suites into modern offices, boardrooms, treatment rooms, and kitchens, while improving safety and accessibility.

This project involved procuring and crafting fully custom state of the art equipment with overseas project management and on-site fit-out by our team.
Airhouse Facilities.
NDY Contracting Ltd. is proud to have partnered with Airhouse on a series of three design/build commercial tenant improvements, ranging from $500k to $750k, across 10,000 Sq.Ft. of unique, high-energy spaces. The facilities, completed in a three-year span, in Squamish, Nanaimo and Kelowna, are custom-built to cater to the specific needs of action sports athletes and gymnasts.
