NDY Contracting Ltd. is proud to have partnered with Work Design Studio Inc. and Danielle Lawson Architect Inc. to deliver a purpose-built, 875 Sq.Ft. commercial tenant improvement in a newly constructed building in Squamish. This $250,000 warm-shell-to-finish project was designed to reflect Work Design Studio's ethos of thoughtful spaces that serve users and their communities.

The studio's interior, designed by the client, maximizes every square inch to create a space that is both functional and inspiring, exemplifying the clients’ attention to detail. Key design elements include exposed mechanical services, highlighted with bold colours to celebrate the intersection of form and function, underscoring the studio's creative problem-solving approach.

NDY Contracting provided general contracting, construction management, and project management services, delivering the project from shell to completion. The result is an authentic, well-executed workspace that perfectly aligns with Work Design Studio's values and the local community they serve.
