Den Duyf Park Amenity Building

Currently under construction, Den Duyf Park will be a multi-use recreation area serving the communities of Pemberton, Squamish-Lillooet Regional District (SLRD) Area C and Lil'wat Nation. Den Duyf Park is a culmination of projects made possible through funding from the governments of Canada and British Columbia as well as local partners including the Den Duyf Family, the Squamish Lillooet Regional District (SLRD), Whistler Blackcomb Foundation, The Ridge at Pemberton, Sunstone Pemberton and the Rotary Club of Pemberton.

The construction of the Amenity Building is the newest addition to the Den Duyf Park project in the Village of Pemberton. NDY Contracting is facilitating the building process as the General Contractor and construction is underway on this 19.2ac recreation site. We are excited to partner with Stark Architecture and the municipality of Pemberton to develop this multi-use amenity building for the community.

The Den Duyf Park Amenity Pavilion is being built next to the recently finished second soccer field. It includes a community flex space, kitchen, mechanical work room, office space, storage room, regular and universal accessible washrooms, showers, water fountain, rooftop patio, concession stand, EV chargers, outside seating area and parking lot.
