This project consisting of an 8000 sqft commercial tenant improvement is located in the commercial area of Squamish, Squamish Business Park. As the General Contractor, the project scope included Construction Management and Design Services in collaboration with renowned local partner, Stark Architecture. Project components included the installation of industrial, retail and exterior racking, enhanced fire resistance to meet occupancy class, retail storefront and building automation/security. Extra diligence was required to meet schedule constraints for an international supplier and the inclusion of many client-furnished FF&E partners.
