Montrose Street

Located in Port Alberni on Vancouver Island, 5019 Montrose is a multi-phase redevelopment project involving the renovation of an existing multi-family building and the planned construction of new townhomes.

Phase 1 focused on the renovation of a six-unit apartment building, upgrading the property to modern standards while maintaining its existing structure. This phase was completed successfully within the allocated $1,000,000 budget.

Phase 2 includes the development of three additional townhomes. NDY Contracting facilitated feasibility studies and managed the successful issuance of the development permit. Currently, this phase is paused, awaiting favourable market conditions.

NDY Contracting has been involved from the project's inception, providing hands-on support from feasibility studies and development permitting through to construction management. Our partnership with Azurean Architecture has allowed us to deliver innovative, purpose-built rental solutions tailored to the unique needs of Port Alberni.
