Mons Royale is expanding its footprint in Whistler, BC. NDY Contracting is proud to manage the multi-phase commercial tenant improvement for their latest retail location. The project is designed to balance operational efficiency with the brand's distinctive aesthetic.

NDY is serving as the general contractor on this 11200 sq. ft. multi-family residential construction, offering 18 thoughtfully designed apartment units to the Lady Minto Hospital community. 

Stark Offices, a stunning 3200 sq. ft. space, not only serves as the place of business for their award-winning team but also reflects their portfolio and values; Creative Boldness, Authenticity and Co-Creation.

The 2350 sq. ft. Commercial tenant improvement features luxurious well-integrated details, and stunning wood and stone elements that reflect Cedar Rock’s essence and the surrounding natural landscape.

Currently under construction, Den Duyf Park will be a multi-use recreation area serving the communities of Pemberton, Squamish-Lillooet Regional District (SLRD) Area C and Lil'wat Nation.

Brand new to Squamish, Cleveland Meats aims to bring quality meat to the Squamish dinner table. In their custom designed and built space on Cleveland Avenue in the heart of downtown you will find food at a fair price for the community, while also creating a space for customers to ask questions and feel connected to where their meat comes from.

Nestled in the center of Vancouver Island, in the city of Port Alberni is an 8 unit redevelopment project NDY Contracting is grateful to be a part of.

In 2021, NDY Contracting Ltd. partnered with PearlSpace to complete a full renovation and addition of their 3,945 Sq.Ft. building in Squamish. This renovation transformed aging residential suites into modern offices, boardrooms, treatment rooms, and kitchens, while improving safety and accessibility.

NDY Contracting partnered with AKA Architects and designer Josianne Bérubé to transform a mid-century bank building into Taka Ramen + Sushi, a minimalist yet bold Japanese restaurant in the heart of Squamish. This project, featured in Western Living, is a testament to overcoming construction challenges and delivering exceptional craftsmanship.

This project involved procuring and crafting fully custom state of the art equipment with overseas project management and on-site fit-out by our team.

NDY Contracting Ltd. is proud to have partnered with Airhouse on a series of three design/build commercial tenant improvements, ranging from $500k to $750k, across 10,000 Sq.Ft. of unique, high-energy spaces. The facilities, completed in a three-year span, in Squamish, Nanaimo and Kelowna, are custom-built to cater to the specific needs of action sports athletes and gymnasts.
